• Provide routine resident nurse aide care in accordance with the patient's care plan.
• Support the greatest possible degree of independence for patients conducive to safety policies and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
• Comply with safe lifting and/or safe transfer of patients per established policies & procedures.
• Identify, document, and report changes in conditions of resident to the supervisor.

• Active TX Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) License
