Wound Care Nurse; LVN

Overview

Now hiring experienced wound care nurses licensed in Texas for a full-time Wound Care Nurse position. This is a mobile role requiring travel to patient locations, SNFs, and Home Health company headquarters. Freenet Health Corp. is a rapidly growing healthcare management company servicing virtual and mobile medical practices, with Woundlocal as part of the product and service line.

Base pay range: $60,000.00/yr - $96,000.00/yr. Actual pay will be based on skills and experience.

• Provide wound care nursing services and perform conservative care and skin swabs for patients with existing referrals
• Drive to patient locations, SNFs, and company headquarters as part of mobile practice
• Represent the company professionally in patient care and facility relationships

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Wound Care Nurse
• Active state license in good standing (Texas)
• No current or pending malpractice lawsuits
• Availability for 40 hours per week
• Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and dependable
• Comfortable with computers and using technology as part of daily work
• High attention to detail and ability to manage schedules and patient care requirements
• Goal-oriented and open to coaching and performance feedback

• Hourly base pay with additional mileage compensation (Salary: $60,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year; Salary stated as $35.00 per hour + 40cents per mile in some listings)
