A leading Real estate Development firm in the Sugar Land area is seeking a detail-oriented Sr. Escrow Officer with experience in both single-family and commercial land transactions. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing team and play a key role in guiding land and home deals to successful closings.

• Manage escrow accounts for single-family and commercial land transactions from contract to closing.
• Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, title companies, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate closings.
• Prepare and review closing documents while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Track deadlines, funds, and contractual obligations to prevent delays.
• Provide exceptional customer service, keeping clients informed and confident throughout the closing process.
• Collaborate with internal sales, land acquisition, and legal teams to resolve any transaction issues.

• Proven experience as an Escrow Officer, Title Officer, or similar role in both single-family and commercial land transactions.
• Strong knowledge of escrow processes, contracts, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and escrow/closing software systems.
