Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Management Admin based in Sugar Land, TX. The Property Management Admin will be responsible for coordinating lease administration tasks, managing tenant communications, addressing inquiries efficiently, and supporting day-to-day property management operations. The role also involves assisting with tenant relations, processing lease agreements, and providing exceptional customer service to maintain tenant satisfaction and support the team in achieving operational goals.

Salary: $20-$25 hourly depending on experience

Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with tenants, vendors, and the management team
  • Experience in property management and lease administration is essential
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to address tenant concerns and inquiries professionally
  • Skills in sales and negotiation to support leasing and promotional initiatives
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficient with property management software and Microsoft Office programs
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
