Licensed Transaction Coordinator

We’re looking for a driven transaction coordinator to manage contracts throughout the entire home-selling and buying process. You’d be responsible for overseeing transactions from start to finish to ensure offers and counteroffers are approved for a smooth and successful sale. • Assist real estate agents, clientele, and other stakeholders with paperwork and ensure the completion of all escrow documents, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans.
• Check each document to verify it has all the correct signatures and dates so the transaction process goes smoothly.
• Coordinate home inspections, negotiate prices for necessary repairs, and ensure each repair is completed.
• Supervise all administrative duties for home buyer and seller transactions from contract to close.
• Acquire seller approval for offers and counteroffers from buyers to complete the process in a timely manner.
• Research, gather, and organize information from multiple sources.
• Keep track of transaction activity and timelines.

• Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred.
• Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Real estate license preferred.
• High school diploma required;
  Associate’s degree preferred.
• Marketing and Copywriting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HAR, MLS, Zip Forms, Showing Time, Sky Slope, and G-Suite preferred.

$15 - $20 hourly
