The Core Sales Associate supports the store schedule and operations, ensuring reliable service for our team and customers.

• At least 1 year of experience in a high‑performance sales environment.
• Strong communication skills with a sense of Care, both written and verbal.
• Ability to charm and connect with people at all levels.
• Minimum age 18 years; ability to provide proof of identity and work eligibility.
• Flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays; standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50+ lbs.
• Consistent availability of at least 20 hours per week; peak weeks may require up to 21 hours (not exceeding 30).
