Position: Top preforming Used Car Sales

ALLSTAR MOTORS is searching for dynamic and results-driven individuals to join our team as a Top Performing Used Car Sales Representative. In this role, you will leverage your sales skills and automotive knowledge to connect with customers and help them find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs. This position is ideal for motivated individuals who thrive in a competitive environment and have a passion for the automotive industry.

Location:

Sugar Land, TX

Salary: $85,000 – $200,000

Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and pricing to potential buyers.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase the benefits of each vehicle.
  • Utilize strong negotiation skills to close sales and achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay current on inventory and market trends to inform customers and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Prepare and process sales paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with other sales team members and departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Participate in training and professional development initiatives to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably in used car sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • In-depth knowledge of various vehicle makes and models, including features and benefits.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales effectively.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems for inventory management and sales processing.
