Ticket Sales Associate - Sugar Land Space Cowboys

- Sell new full season tickets, partial ticket plans, group tickets, single game luxury suites, and other premium inventory
- Set face‑to‑face appointments to show seats and give ballpark tours with the intent to close business
- Answer incoming single‑game calls with the ability to up‑sell callers into ticket packages, group tickets, and suite rentals
- Work games, nights, weekends and holidays as assigned (i.e. answer phone calls, work sales booths, visit clients)
- Represent the organization at in‑house ballpark events and off‑site community events promoting tickets
- Prospect and qualify all potential sales opportunities in addition to the leads you are provided
- Maintain computerized records of all season ticket customers and prospects with our CRM system
- Provide excellent customer service to prospects and current clients over the phone and at games
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and any training sessions throughout the year
- Work with specific departments to assist in day‑to‑day activities
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sports Management, Marketing or related field
- Desire to become a sales industry leader
- Excellent customer service skills

- Ability to work as a team player
- Ability to confidently deliver face‑to‑face sales presentations to prospective clients
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, which includes home games, nights, weekends and holidays as assigned
- Proficiency in basic computer software programs
This job operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones and photocopiers. The noise level is usually moderate but can be loud within the stadium environment.
Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is a largely sedentary role which will require the ability to speak and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close and focused vision.
Position Type and Expected HoursThis is a full‑time position, and typical hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position requires a flexible schedule, primarily during the baseball season, that may include non‑traditional hours on nights, weekends and holidays.
TravelRare travel may be expected for this position.
