The Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative supports customers by preparing quotes, responding to inquiries, and helping match products and services to customer needs. This role focuses on sales support, customer communication, and revenue growth.

• Prepare quotes and cost analysis for customer inquiries.
• Communicate with customers to understand needs and recommend products or services.
• Support sales efforts, including presentations and order follow‑up.
• Assist with sales planning and forecasting.
• Coordinate samples and manage inbound and outbound sample requests.
• Track and manage assigned sales budgets.
• Work closely with internal teams and customers in a professional manner.

Education and Experience:

• Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree, technical diploma, or relevant coursework in a related field, and/or
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role, or equivalent experience

This position is primarily sedentary. Occasional filing and office tasks may require lifting office supplies, opening filing cabinets, bending, or standing on a stool. The role requires the ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.

This position is based in a professional office environment and regularly uses standard office equipment, including computers, phones, printers, photocopiers, and filing systems.
