Account Executive

What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in a mid‑market role.
  • Proven success in prospecting, building relationships, closing business, and managing a sales pipeline to meet quota.
  • Experience using Salesforce as a sales tool, not just for administrative tasks.
  • Strong demo skills – quickly learn the software and present customized solutions to prospects and customers.
  • Consultative selling mindset – translate knowledge into solutions for customer business problems.
  • Resilience and learning from failure – a track record of resilience and a willingness to experiment.
  • Business acumen – communicate with operational and C‑suite executives, and learn their business when needed.
  • Team player – willing to share knowledge, collaborate, and help others succeed.
What You’ll Do
  • Network with prospective customers, run sales cycles, and close new deals.
  • Cultivate and maintain long‑term relationships with customers.
  • Communicate the value of our software and services effectively.
  • Lead virtual demonstrations of our products to prospects.
  • Achieve assigned sales quota.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills with various levels of management, staff, and customers.
  • Remain in regular contact with customers to understand and meet their needs.
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction.
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data in Salesforce.
