With 65+ years of industry experience, Welker offers ERP, 3D CAD software, and on‑site manual and computer‑aided machines, providing an industry‑leading, one‑stop shop for products, turnkey solutions, and worldwide service.

• Build meaningful relationships with customers and internal parties to effectively advocate for customers' needs.
• Actively cultivate new customer opportunities to grow our business.
• Develop an understanding of our extensive product offerings to provide technical expertise to customers.
• Track and follow up on business opportunities in our ERP system – Oracle JD Edwards, from lead to close.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or four (4) years of direct sales experience preferred.
• Technical aptitude is necessary, and industrial sales experience is a plus.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
