Mobilelink is seeking a dependable and motivated Facilities Maintenance Technician Assistant to support our Facilities Maintenance Technician. This role will involve assisting in routine and emergency maintenance, repairs, and improvements across multiple retail locations. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with frequent travel (50–75% of the time) and working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

• Assist the Facilities Maintenance Technician in performing repairs, maintenance, and installations across various retail store locations.
• Support with troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and general facility issues.
• Help conduct regular inspections to ensure all stores are in optimal working condition.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines on all job sites.
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed efficiently, neatly, and on time.
• Provide support for special projects, renovations, or facility upgrades as directed.
• Communicate effectively with team members, store personnel, and management regarding ongoing work and timelines.
• Travel frequently to multiple store locations across regions/states (50–75% travel required).

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade certifications are a plus.
• 3+ years of general maintenance, construction, or handyman experience required.
• Proven experience as a handyman assistant or similar role.
• Knowledge of general repair skills, including plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose maintenance issues.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and perform manual labor.
• Basic knowledge of workplace safety and OSHA regulations.
• Must have experience OR be willing to travel in excess of 50%–75% across the US.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

• Hourly Wage:
  Wage will be indicative of experience.
