Francis Property Management is accepting applications for a Make Ready Technician to prepare vacant apartment units for new residents. You will inspect units, perform cleaning, repairs, and cosmetic updates to meet high-quality standards and support strong occupancy.
This role requires basic trades skills (painting, drywall, carpentry, plumbing, electrical), a valid driver's license, and 1–2 years of experience with multifamily properties. On-site, hourly pay is $18–$21 per hour.
