Swim Instructor

Our curriculum has been developed by a team of world-class swimmers with over 30 years of teaching experience. We have the most up-to-date swimming technique to teach students how to swim the correct way right from the beginning!

In addition to teaching water safety to every swimmer, our goal is to teach confidence in the water that will translate to all parts of your swimmer's life.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic swim instructor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching swim lessons to individuals of all ages and skill levels, while maintaining a safe and enjoyable learning environment. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities:

Conduct swim lessons for individuals or small groups.

Develop and implement lesson plans that are appropriate for the skill level of each participant.

Ensure the safety of all participants by following established safety guidelines.

Maintain accurate attendance and progress records for each participant.

Communicate regularly with parents and/or guardians regarding the progress of their children.

Assist with the maintenance and cleanliness of the pool area.

Qualifications:

Certified swim instructor with a recognized certification organization.

Ability to communicate effectively with participants and parents/guardians.

Knowledge of swimming techniques and water safety.

Ability to adapt lesson plans to the skill level of each participant.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

CPR and First Aid certified.
