Aufgaben
- Betriebsbuchhaltung (Kosten- und Leistungsrechnung) nach REKOLE-Standards selbstständig führen, parametrisieren und weiterentwickeln
- Monatsabschluss inkl. der Betriebsabrechnung, Kennzahlenanalysen und Abweichungsberichte erstellen
- Jährliche Mitarbeit bei Datenabgaben der Datensätze nach Spi Ges, Swiss
DRG und TARPSY erstellen - Stetige Optimierung von Controlling-Tools und aktive Mitarbeit bei der Digitalisierung der Finanzprozesse
- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, mit Schwerpunkt Controlling/Rechnungswesen und Finanzen oder äquivalente Ausbildung
- Weiterbildung im Controlling (MAS) und Expert
* in in Rechnungslegung und Controlling oder äquivalente Weiterbildung - Mehrjährige fundierte Berufserfahrung in Betriebsbuchhaltung, idealerweise im Schweizer Gesundheitswesen oder Spitalumfeld
- Sehr gute SAP-Kenntnisse mit Hauptfokus FI/CO und exzellente BI/Excel-Fähigkeiten
- Analytisches und vernetztes Denkvermögen, hohe Zahlenaffinität und eine strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
