Aufgaben:
- Du unterstützt die Mandatsleiter:innen Treuhand im Tagesgeschäft
- Buchbestände gleichst du mit den Soll-Beständen der Lieferantenabrechnungen ab
- Differenzen erkennst du, buchst sie und meldest sie direkt an die Mandatsleitung
- Du berechnest und buchst zu den Stichtagen die Bilanzabgrenzungen
- Offene Posten gleichst du selbständig aus
- Die Logistik-Rechnungsprüfung behältst du im Blick und meldest fehlende Wareneingänge
Qualifikationen:
- Deine kaufmännische Berufslehre (EFZ) hast du abgeschlossen
- Du bringst deine (erste) Erfahrung im Finanz- oder Treuhandbereich mit
- Deutsch sprichst du verhandlungssicher, Französisch rundet dein Profil ab
- Systeme und Zahlen, wer sagt, das eine gehe nicht ohne das andere? Bei dir geht beides Hand in Hand
