Location: 333 Sunset Ave Ste 140, Suisun, CA 94585
Hours: 10 am – 2 pm to start
Kelly Services is hiring for our customer in Suisun.
OpportunityWe are seeking a reliable Bookkeeper to join our team. This role begins as part-time through September, with the potential for a full-time position starting in October when our office opens full time.
Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping tasks
- Record and reconcile financial transactions
- Maintain accurate ledgers and balance sheets
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare bank deposits and monitor cash flow
- Generate financial reports as needed
- Assist in payroll processing
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of financial documents
- Handle various finance-related administrative tasks to support our team
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle required
- Background check will be conducted
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with bookkeeping software and spreadsheet tools (e.g., Quick Books, Excel)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information
- Good communication abilities
This role is essential in maintaining our financial accuracy and compliance, allowing our team to focus on core business growth and strategic initiatives.
