Helping others is what we do best here. As a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist, you will inspire people to make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and money while building client relationships that grow stronger each year.
It would be even better if you also had- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
- Sales/marketing experience
- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
- Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs
- Schedule clients in a way that suits them
- Ensure all client needs are met during service, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually
- Maintain office cleanliness and organize resources with team members
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Ability to multi‑task
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office

Pay Range InformationThe pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. Pay decisions depend on job‑related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location. Successful candidates may participate in incentive compensation or short‑term incentive plans, and can enroll in medical and prescription drug coverage, a retirement savings plan (401(k)), the Employee Assistance Program, virtual fitness center programs, an associate discount program, Business Travel Accident Insurance, and an Associate Tax Prep benefit.
