About the Role: We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Part‑Time Pool Service Technicians. This is not just a cleaning job; this is a paid apprenticeship designed to teach you the ins and outs of the pool service industry. You will be trained from the ground up on how to professionally service swimming pools and understand the mechanics of running a service‑based business.

This position is specifically designed for individuals seeking a highly flexible schedule, making it an ideal fit for full‑time volunteers, students, or those looking for supplemental income without the stress of a rigid 9‑to‑5 commitment.

• Water Chemistry: Learn how to test water balance and apply the correct chemicals to maintain safety and clarity.
• Maintenance & Cleaning: Receive hands‑on training on vacuuming, brushing, skimming, and cleaning filtration systems.
• Equipment Knowledge: Identify and operate pumps, motors, and timers.
• Business Operations: Gain insight into route optimization, customer service communication, and inventory management.

• Hours: Minimum of 5 hours per week to start.
