HVAC Tech / Heating Engineer, Installation Technician
Join our team of detail-oriented HVAC installation technicians. We’re looking for an experienced and professional installation technician to help clients stay comfortable and healthy indoors. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and installing a variety of HVAC equipment, including indoor air quality, refrigerant, and control systems.

Responsibilities- Be prompt and responsible
- Ability to keep your truck stocked and ready
- Great communication with customers and office staff
- Attention to safety and willing to hold your team accountable for requirements
- Understand and execute proper pressurizing and evacuation techniques
- Use applications and AI tools for proper communication with admin staff and supervisors
- Have leadership skills and the ability to guide your team towards success
- Have a desire to enhance your career and achieve high levels of skill commensurate with earning potential
- Ability and willingness to follow the manufacturer's recommended techniques and procedures
- Desire to spend some of your time off hours utilizing the guided training modules provided by the company
- Connect pipes or tubing from the equipment to the fuel, water, or refrigerant source
- Enter completed projects and the parts used into database
- Arrange and attach electrical wiring according to the wiring diagram using hand tools
- Inspect all pipes, tubing joints, and connections for leaks
- Tell customers how to properly use their new HVAC equipment
- 4+ years of HVAC, plumbing, or electrical experience ( if your resume shows less than 4 years of experience, you will not be considered for this position, and I will understand you did not read all the requirements)
- Reliable Transportation
- Good organizational skills
- Accomplished leadership skills
- Certification or associate’s degree from an HVAC program at a technical school and 2+ years as an HVAC installation technician
- Great communication, math, and problem-solving skills
- Must have EPA 608 refrigerant recovery certification
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be comfortable working in small crawl spaces and attics
$70,000 - $125,000 yearly
