Audio-Visual/ Video-Teleconference (AV/VTC ) Technician Job Description Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, maintain, conduct preventative maintenance, install AV/VTC products
- Resolve Helpdesk tickets for AV/VTC issues; troubleshoot; assist customers with AV/VTC operations; support 50+ conference room/ auditoriums
- Assist VIP events with AV/VTC event streaming, presentations, and video-audio technical assistance
- Demonstrated the ability to provide superior customer service and use political tact in professional dealings
Full-Time, Mon
- Fri, 8 hours between 6am – 6pm. On-site work
- 3-5 yrs experience; working knowledge of AV/VTC systems with federal agencies
- Secret clearance
- Certifications:
SEC+ or CTS - No college degree. Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Suitland, MD
