Job Title
Customer Service/Service Advisor at Bosselman Enterprises
Pay Range$16.00 – $25.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
Responsibilities- Greets customers promptly and provides friendly, competent customer service.
- Coordinates the service center’s scheduling and workflow.
- Creates estimates and work orders, finalizes payments, follows cash handling policies and manages parts ordering.
- Answers customer questions about service outcomes and consults with technicians as needed.
- Understands marketing and sales strategies to finalize transactions.
- Consults with technicians on needed repairs and communicates those needs with the customer.
- Increases knowledge of products and services and understands the industry needs.
- Communicates customer needs to technicians and vice versa.
- Maintains all customer-facing items clean, stocked and up to date.
- Receives merchandise, stocks, and updates showroom pricing.
- Maintains a complete understanding of the Boss Shop Warranty process.
- Assigns work to technicians within company guidelines.
- Practices and adheres to all safety policies to ensure a safe environment.
- Reports work in a timely manner according to schedule.
- Assists with other duties as assigned.
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
- Retail or guest service experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and insurance.
- Knowledge of parts inventory.
- Ability to complete the Service Advisor New Team Member Training within the first 90 days.
- Proficient computer use.
- Strong reading, writing, and math skills.
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude.
- Adaptability to change.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexible schedule; may require weekends and evenings.
- Reliable transportation and phone.
- English language proficiency (if applicable).
- Friendly, courteous, and prompt customer service.
- Teamwork orientation.
- Occasional lifting/moving up to 50 lbs. Frequently stand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach, talk, and hear; occasional sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
