Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care in a supportive environment with advanced technology and a balanced lifestyle - just one hour from St. Louis.About the Position-Provide full-scope obstetrics and gynecology care across outpatient clinics and inpatient hospital settings-Manage prenatal, delivery, postnatal, preventive care, gynecologic procedures, and surgical cases-Conduct hospital rounds or collaborate with hospitalists for continuity of care-Work alongside primary care, pediatrics, CRNAs, APPs, and specialty consultants-State-of-the-art procedural rooms (ultrasound, colposcopy, urodynamics)-New robot-assisted surgical system (DaVinci), advanced surgical technology-Shared call schedule designed to support work-life balance-Join a collaborative midwifery team (CNMs and supporting clinicians)-Document patient care accurately to meet compliance and quality standards-Participate in community outreach and represent the OB/GYN service line in clinic and hospital settings-Contribute to departmental quality initiatives and continuous improvement-Serve an appreciative patient population in a rural community with full hospital services (emergency care, cardiac rehab, wound care with hyperbarics, cancer care, rehab, etc.)Not
