Orthopedic Surgeon Opening Äì Sullivan, Missouri Position Details Seeking a full-time, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join a high-demand, multi-specialty clinic in Sullivan, MO, located just one hour from St. Louis. • Full-time, permanent position
• Join an established multi-specialty clinic on the hospital campus
• Work alongside two orthopedic surgeons and a broad team of primary care providers
• Flexible practice design with the ability to shape your clinical focus
• Provide consultations, surgeries, follow-ups, and in-office procedures
• Perform inpatient care or collaborate with hospitalist teams
• Participate in a flexible call rotation including weekends
• Epic EMR
• Strong CRNA and specialty support on campus
• Teaching and APP collaboration opportunities
• High HPSA score location (J1 visa sponsorship eligible)
• Not accepting Locums or 1099 candidates
Responsibilities
• Manage a full spectrum orthopedic surgery practice, including inpatient and outpatient care
• Document patient histories, physical exams, and clinical plans per medical staff bylaws
• Provide or coordinate call coverage for clinic and inpatient needs in accordance with professional standards
• Collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
• Participate in teaching and mentorship with APPs and clinical staff
• Maintain safety standards consistent with expectations for safety-sensitive roles
• Work across designated locations as needed within the system

• Two-year guaranteed base salary starting at $600,000+ (commensurate with experience)
