ICU RN; Part-Time, Night Shift

This position involves providing direct patient care in a 6-bed ICU with a 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio, focusing on acute cardiac and critical care needs. The role emphasizes patient and family-centered care, education on illness management, and collaboration with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized plans of care. Critical nursing skills are essential for assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

• Current RN license and a Nursing Diploma or Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred)
• No prior experience required, but 2+ years of nursing experience and supervisory experience are preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment with alertness and safety awareness

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care per standards
• Educate patients and families on care management and post-discharge needs
• Participate in activities promoting safety, quality, and compliance
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and care continuity
