Med Surg RN Nights

Provides direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.

• Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management and post-treatment needs.
• Participates in safety, quality, and compliance activities, and engages in professional development.
• Develops and communicates individualized care plans with collaborative team input, considering patient preferences and barriers.
• Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, ensuring holistic care.

Qualifications include an RN license with a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree;
Bachelor's degree preferred with 2+ years of experience. No supervisory experience required. This is a safety-sensitive role demanding alertness.
