Part-Time Emergency Room Nurse; Rotating

• Foster a healing environment through patient and family education.
• Participate in safety initiatives, quality improvement, and professional development activities.
• Develop, document, and communicate personalized care plans aligned with standards and goals.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, evaluating physical and emotional needs, and address patient preferences and barriers.

• Minimum:
  Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree and RN licensure.
• Preferred:
  Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with at least 2 years of experience.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work safely and remain alert in a safety-sensitive environment.
