Supplier Quality Engineer – Energy Access Innovations

• Develop and execute supplier quality strategies aligned with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Conduct supplier audits, assessments, and qualifications to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with suppliers to establish robust control plans, process flow charts, and SPC.
• Lead root‑cause analysis and CAPA activities for supplier‑related issues.
• Partner with procurement, engineering, and manufacturing teams for smooth launches of new solar components.
• Analyze supplier performance metrics and drive improvement initiatives to enhance quality, cost, and delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality, or related field, or equivalent experience (10+ years).
• Minimum 5 years of supplier‑quality experience, preferably in automotive, electronics, or renewable‑energy manufacturing.
• Deep understanding of PPAP, APQP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels.
• Proven success leading cross‑functional problem‑solving and supplier‑development initiatives.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 50%).

• ASQ certifications (CQE, CQA).
• Experience with solar modules, inverters, or energy storage systems.
• Knowledge of environmental and safety regulations affecting global supply chains.
• Additional languages to support international suppliers.
