Responsibilities:- Handle administrative duties promptly
- Support medical staff with clinical tasks
- Communicate with providers to ensure efficient care
- Escort patients to exam rooms
- Prepare patients for minor procedures
- Assist with exams and procedures as directed by providers
- Triage patient needs and prescription calls
- Support front-office and clerical staff as needed
- Experience in Dermatology or related fields
- Knowledge of medical billing procedures
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- EMA / Modernizing Medicine experience preferred
