The Talent Acquisition Specialist will recruit and perform onboarding activities across all subsidiaries of our organization. This role will identify top talent, ensure a smooth hiring process, and deliver a consistent and engaging onboarding experience for new employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across all subsidiaries, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Coordinate and execute onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and onboarding platforms.
  • Assist in developing and refining onboarding materials and schedules to ensure consistency across subsidiaries.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local employment regulations.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs or recruitment events as needed.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment and onboarding metrics.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Attributes
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience with ATS and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering a positive candidate and employee experience.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a similar field is a plus.
  • 3+ years in recruitment and onboarding, preferably in a multi-entity or multi-location environment or related experience.
