We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver complex technological initiatives across our organization. This role will be responsible for managing cross‑functional projects that span our Salesforce and Net Suite environments, ensuring successful implementation and optimization of enterprise systems that support our supply chain, manufacturing, distribution, and customer‑facing operations.

This role requires someone who can navigate ambiguity, make decisions with limited inputs, introduce lightweight processes, and drive projects forward even when requirements evolve.

• Lead end‑to‑end project management for IT initiatives across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Net Suite platforms.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects of varying complexity with competing priorities across different business units and entities.
• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timeline, budget, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including internal stakeholders, external vendors, and technical resources.
• Manage vendor coordination, contract oversight, and third‑party system integrations.
• Create clarity from ambiguity—define scope, objectives, and timelines even when information is incomplete.
• Build and refine lightweight project processes, documentation, and workflows as the company scales.
• Partner with business leaders across manufacturing, distribution, sales, service, and marketing functions to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and manage expectations.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide executive‑level reporting on project health, risks, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with technical teams on system integration between Salesforce, Net Suite, and other enterprise applications.
• Build simple, scalable processes and documentation that fit a growing company—not unnecessary bureaucracy.
• Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks.
• Conduct post‑implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
• All other duties assigned.

• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar).
• Understanding of CRM and ERP system capabilities and limitations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, distribution, or retail business processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 3 years managing enterprise system implementations.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, cloud systems, integrations (API/EDI), and IT infrastructure.
• Proven experience managing projects involving Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
• Demonstrated experience with Net Suite implementations or significant enhancements.
• Experience managing multi‑entity or multi‑site technology deployments.
