Position Summary:
The inside sales role will work closely with regional Outside Sales Representatives to provide expert product knowledge, process support, and account management, ensuring a seamless partner experience and contributing to regional sales strategies.
- Support installation and distribution partners within target region by providing expert guidance on EG4 product capabilities, component requirements, and system design best practices.
- Review Bills of Materials (BOMs) and assist in facilitating system design reviews to ensure optimal project execution.
- Schedule and support training discussions for partners, assisting with training facilitation and follow‑up.
- Conduct and support product demonstrations to drive partner engagement and product adoption.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Representatives to develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with EG4’s growth objectives.
- Collaborate with Technical Sales Representatives to host network‑wide trainings, liaison individual account support, and assist in administrative coordination.
- Steward new and existing partners through the EG4 onboarding process, including product introductions, training, and system onboarding.
- Maintain up‑to‑date customer records in the CRM, ensuring accurate tracking of interactions, opportunities, and account health.
- Work with the broader sales and operations teams to identify surplus inventory and actively promote available stock to partners.
- Provide commissioning support for installations when needed to ensure a positive customer experience and successful system launches.
- Identify recurring challenges faced by installation partners and collaborate internally to develop and implement solutions.
- Act as a key liaison for partners within EG4, helping to navigate and coordinate support across sales, operations, and technical support departments.
- Willingness to travel approximately 15% of time, including trade show attendance and visits to strategic partner locations.
- Maintain robust knowledge of EG4 solutions, including both the product and processes used to support partners.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers to uncover and unlock new sales opportunities.
- Maintain knowledge of regional programs to assist in selling EG4 solutions.
- Cross‑functional working capability to interface seamlessly with internal support organizations.
- This position may require the ability to perform tasks that involve sitting, standing, walking, lifting 25+ lbs, computer work and other physical activities. Candidates should be able to meet these physical demands with or without reasonable accommodations.
