We are seeking a Member Relationship Specialist who will assist new and potential members in identifying membership and lending needs and delivering solutions to their financial needs.
Major Duties and Essential Functions- Deliver an unexpected experience by consistently providing outstanding service to internal and external members in every interaction.
- Uncover member needs by asking questions and provide solutions to their needs.
- Proactively discuss and refer additional products to internal partners.
- Process requests for memberships, depository accounts, loans, and account maintenance services.
- Regularly follow up with members to ensure that their financial needs are met and uncover any additional needs.
- Meet or exceed established sales and service goals.
- Stay current on products, services, and marketing campaigns through training and familiarity with all changes and disclosures.
- Remain compliant with all financial regulations (BSA, OFAC, Reg CC, USA PATRIOT Act, etc.) applicable to the position.
- Maintain confidentiality of member information and other sensitive information.
- Goal‑oriented and service‑oriented.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
- Self‑motivated to meet required sales goals.
- Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to a consistently changing environment.
- Team player who works well in a group setting.
Education
:
High school diploma or GED.
Experience
:
Minimum 1‑2 years of similar or related experience.
