Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in the Chemical Cleaning Industry.
• Ability to travel frequently and at a moment notice.
• Must have valid Driver’s License.
• Professional presentation, confident in ability to promote service lines and manage work.
• Organizational skills—able to prioritize responsibilities.
• Sound decision making, dependable and strong leadership and coaching skills
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, extended work hours associated with overnight and extended travel
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio
• Employment is contingent upon verification of identity and employment eligibility (Form I-9).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical School or Bachelor’s degree.
• Passport.
• TWIC card, Class A CDL.

• Wear fire retardant clothing and personal protective equipment according to company policy (such as steel-toe shoes, ear, and eye protection, hard hat, H2S monitor, respirator/face mask)
• Refinery Operates 24/7/365 Management staff is required to respond to emergencies
• Work extended hours which may include evenings, inclement weather, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
