Resident Care Assistant

This is a full-time on-site role for a Resident Care Assistant located in Sulphur, LA. The Resident Care Assistant will provide day-to-day support and care to residents, including assisting with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility. The role involves monitoring residents' well-being, documenting care activities, and maintaining a clean and safe resident environment. They will work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the highest standard of care and comfort is provided to residents.

• Knowledge and ability to assist residents with personal care, hygiene, and daily living activities
• Experience with basic healthcare tasks such as administering medications or monitoring health conditions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact compassionately and professionally with residents, families, and team members
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and care routines efficiently
• Previous experience in assisted living, caregiving, or healthcare is an advantage
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to diverse resident needs
• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in caregiving or related field is preferred but not required
