Measurement Analysts

• Provide analytical support for the Corporate Liquid Balancing Group.
• Use the Liquid Measurement Data System (MDS) to edit data as required to present accurate quantities from and to our customers.
• Work closely with measurement technicians and analyzer technicians to ensure accurate and complete measurement data has been received into the MDS.
• Validate the data integrity as it flows from the MDS processes to the downstream systems and stock reports/unit balancers to ensure quantities are captured and transferred correctly.
• Provide data to technicians and supervisors and work with them to resolve ticketing issues.
• Support business processes related to liquid measurement and the related ticketing, reporting, and SOX control activities.
• Process and send reports and associated tickets to internal and external customers.
• Communicate edits, PPA’s, and other measurement related questions to Distribution, Product Accounting, and 3rd parties.
• Maintain the accuracy of product inventories.
• Create hourly balances to troubleshoot balance issues.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Advanced skillset in MS Excel.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Working as a team with employees of various backgrounds in both field and office positions.
• Detail oriented and analytical skills.
• Driven to develop and apply both technical and functional skills/capabilities.
• Able to occasionally travel overnight.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

• Associate’s degree or relative work experience along with at least two years’ minimum work experience.
• Ability to quickly understand basic liquid measurement principles.
• Working knowledge with Measurement Data Systems or other Enterprise software’s.
• Previous experience as a liquid measurement analyst.
• Familiar with API, and GPA Midstream standards that govern the liquid measurement industry.
• Experience with Power BI report creation.
