Due to continued growth in our operations, we’re seeking expressions of interest from experienced multi discipline Rope Access Technicians Level I who are driven, safety focused and looking to make an impact in the offshore oil and gas industry.

If successful you would be part of a core team commencing in December 2026 for a multi-year opportunity working in the Gulf Coast of America. The working roster would be a 14 days on 14 days off, with 12-hour shifts.

• Performing work at height using rope access techniques under the direct supervision of a Level III Rope Access Technician.
• Assist in the setup, inspection, and use of rope access systems, anchors, ropes, and associated equipment
• Conduct pre-use inspections of personal and job-specific rope access equipment
• Follow approved Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), rescue plans, and site-specific safety requirements
• Assist with tasks across multi discipline trades Insulation, Painting/Blasting, Fireproofing and Scaffolding
• Assist with job documentation, equipment tracking, and daily reports
• Participate in drills, training, and emergency response activities as required
• Working knowledge of rope access safety systems and fall protection principles
• Maintain situational awareness and immediately report unsafe conditions or equipment concerns
• Ability to follow written procedures and verbal instructions
• Must be willing to assist other crafts as required

• IRATA Level I certification required (current and verifiable IRATA logbook)
• Minimum 1 year / 200 hours Rope Access field experience with IRATA certification
• Hold a Valid TWIC and HUET/THUET
• Hold a Safe Gulf or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License, background screening required
• Undergo pre-employment physical exam, drug & alcohol screening
• Must be able to travel and work offshore
• Must be able to work full work schedule and any additional overtime as needed

• Work is performed on offshore facilities with constant exposure to outdoor conditions and changing weather
• Must be able to work in confined spaces and at elevated heights as required by the job
• Requires physical labor, including bending, climbing, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, and operating heavy machinery and tools
• PPE must be worn at all times in accordance with safety standards
• Must meet all physical fitness requirements for offshore work
