About the role

As the dynamic core of our clinic, you will provide inspirational leadership, strategic vision, and hands‑on clinical work to uplift patients and staff alike. You will manage day‑to‑day operations, drive sales, foster patient relationships, and implement quality standards.

• Oversee clinical and financial oversight, ensuring profitable and compliant operations.
• Lead, mentor, and coach clinical and administrative staff, hosting weekly team huddles.
• Drive sales and revenue goals, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain clinic cleanliness, staff performance, and efficiency.
• Execute daily workflows including opening/closing, patient intake, booking, billing, and EMR data entry.
• Perform clinical duties: vitals, EKGs, injections, phlebotomy, nutrition coaching, and chart maintenance.
• Identify and resolve operational issues and opportunities for improvement.
