In this pivotal role, you will provide vital support to front-line team members and manage various stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include coaching and mentoring to enhance customer satisfaction, managing key initiatives, and acting as an escalation point for critical incidents. You’re expected to maintain effective communication with leadership to address ongoing challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide training and mentorship to front-line team members
• Manage escalation of critical incidents 24/7
• Ensure performance aligns with contractual obligations
• Collaborate with product managers on current challenges
• Facilitate communication with stakeholders for incident updates
Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and French
• 3+ years of contact center experience
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience
• Flexible for 24/7 shift availability
