Join Cencora as a Bilingual Caseworker, providing essential support in patient and provider services across Canada. Engage with clients, ensuring their inquiries and needs are met effectively, while managing case protocols.
In this role at Cencora's Innomar Strategies, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues related to healthcare processes.
Your role entails maintaining detailed records and delivering timely responses while utilizing various case management tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer client calls and emails to resolve inquiries
• Record and communicate client requests and resolutions
• Follow up with clients until their issues are resolved
• Provide insights on HR processes and encourage self-service
• Conduct basic administrative tasks and document management
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years in customer service or HR roles
• Bilingualism in French and English
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
