The Client Advisor, Personal Insurance, is dedicated to servicing the needs of our personal insurance clientele. They will manage and grow a specific book of business, review policy renewals, generate new business, conduct file reviews, cross‑sell products, facilitate policy changes, and handle claims reporting and advocacy.

LOCATION AND STATUS
  • Full‑time, permanent
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years of related experience in the insurance industry with a strong working knowledge of personal insurance products
  • Minimum Level 1 Alberta General Insurance License, with willingness to obtain Level 2 within the first 3 months of employment
  • CIP designation or working towards this is considered an asset
  • Post‑secondary degree/diploma/certificate in Business, Sales/Marketing, Risk Management or related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience, is considered an asset
