Maintenance Manager at ADL

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead maintenance teams in a culture of safety and collaboration

• Develop and execute maintenance strategies improving equipment reliability

• Oversee preventive, predictive, and reliability-centred maintenance programs

• Manage maintenance budgets and contractor relationships

• Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• 10+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing

• 5+ years of leadership experience managing maintenance teams

• Strong knowledge of reliability-centred maintenance practices

• Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance reporting

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
