Position: Manufacturing Gun Production Supervisor Role
Drive safety and efficiency as the Manufacturing Gun Production Supervisor. Lead production teams to ensure high-quality outputs and maintain operational workflow daily.

As a Manufacturing Gun Production Supervisor, you will oversee operations while promoting employee growth and commitment to quality. Your leadership will ensure that all production staff meet design specifications and adhere to delivery timelines. Regular communication with the Production Manager is essential to convey plant conditions and uphold ethical practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production operations for efficiency

• Lead and develop staff for optimal workflow

• Ensure quality control for all finished products

• Set up and calibrate machines accurately

• Support inventory control using Oracle systems

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 10 years' experience in machine shop or related industry

• Supervisory or Team Lead experience required

• Journeyman ticket or CNC machine operation experience

• Familiarity with blueprints and measurement techniques
