Position: Retail Loss Prevention Officer Role
Enhance retail security as a Loss Prevention Officer in various retail settings. This role focuses on preventing theft and enforcing store regulations.

We are seeking a dedicated Retail Loss Prevention Officer for permanent positions, offering 32 to 48 hours per week. This position requires a minimum of one year’s experience in retail loss prevention and focuses on maintaining order while managing theft prevention. Successful candidates will possess excellent communication skills and attention to detail as they work in diverse retail environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor retail activities to prevent theft

• Enforce safety regulations and conflict resolution

• Produce detailed reports on incidents

• Appear in court as a witness if needed

• Ensure compliance with security protocols

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in retail loss prevention

• Class 5/5F/G drivers license required

• CPR and First Aid certifications

• WHMIS Certification needed

• Must pass a criminal record check
