The Detailer’s primary responsibility is providing an exceptional customer experience through meticulous detailing of each vehicle to ensure a positive first impression upon delivery. The detailer pre‑washes vehicles before moving them into production and cleans and details all assigned vehicles prior to final delivery. The position also completes general repair facility cleaning responsibilities while working with team members to achieve facility KPIs, and the Detailer is a dedicated Brand Ambassador of Better Collision at all times.

Key Responsibilities- Maintain the daily housekeeping of the interior of the office, including emptying garbage cans, cleaning floors, and dusting countertops and work areas.
- Maintain the daily housekeeping of the production area: empty waste cans, sweep floors, dispose of unwanted vehicle parts, and place tools and equipment in their proper location.
- Maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat, orderly fashion, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary.
- Pre‑wash customer vehicles prior to repairs.
- Clean exterior and interior of customer vehicles after repairs are complete.
- Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs.

Requirements- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to multitask.
- Automotive experience preferred.
- Clear close vision required.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Physical requirements:
able to pull/push, carry, walk 5+ miles, sit, stand 5+ hours, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl 1+ hour, lift up to 50 pounds, and operate a motor vehicle. - Ability to tolerate working near moving mechanical parts.
