Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a Board-Certified Pediatric Intensivist to join our pediatric inpatient and critical care team at Summerville Medical Center (SMC) – just 30 minutes from Charleston!

Your Clinical Scope

• 6-bed PICU
• Level III NICU support
• Telephone consult available with qua ternary care center 45 minutes away
• Inpatient pediatric floor + ER consults
• In-house days, home call at night
• Teaching opportunities – teaching family medicine residency program: ~4.5 days per week
• Procedures include
  : intubations, LPs, line/chest tube placement, CPR
• 2024 Census
  : 373 pediatric admits, 85 PICU admits, ADC: 4.1
