Youth Fitness Instructor

Overview

A Youth Fitness Instructor leads exceptional classes, typically parent/child and pre-k classes, teaching young children and their parents. Every class is taught utilizing The Little Gym Curriculum and Music, creating an experience unlike any other child enrichment activity. We provide all training, so no experience is required — just a love for children and having fun!

Typical morning shift hours range from 8:15 AM – 1:00 PM. Typical afternoon shift hours range from 3:30 PM – 8:00 PM. We can be flexible with your schedule and tipped birthday parties are available on weekend afternoons, if desired.

• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (dont worry, well teach you how)!
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here.
• Create a warm and nurturing environment for both the children (and parents) in each class.
• Protect the safety and well-being of all participants.
• Participate in team meetings and training.
• Assist with set-up and clean up of the gym before and after classes.

• You love being a part of children’s developmental milestones and love giving high 5’s. (A background in child development, physical education and/or gymnastics helps as well).
