Game Master / Game Host

As a Game Master or Game Host, you are responsible for delivering professional service while creating an exciting, fun, and entertaining environment for our guests throughout their live escape game experience.

• Guest service experience a plus
• Friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to work well as a team
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the event business, including weekends and holidays

• Welcome guests and assist in the check‑in process
• Brief and debrief guests on their live escape game experience
• Monitor and run escape games
• Recover game rooms quickly to maintain a schedule
• Maintain company cleanliness and organizational standards
• Handle unexpected situations in a calm and professional manner
