Duties & Responsibilities
  • Greet all clients and visitors professionally and with a smile.
  • Maintain the office common areas in a neat and clean condition.
  • Contact providers to confirm client lien information and enter detailed notes into the case management system.
  • Order SLED reports and driving records as directed by the Case Managers.
  • Open all new claims for occured cases as directed by the Case Managers.
  • Process deposits using a remote deposit scanner.
  • Maintain inventory, ordering, and stocking of office and kitchen supplies.
  • Order team lunches and assist with organizing social sério events.
  • Answer the phone and direct callers to the appropriate person.

Requirements

Qualifications:

- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.

- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability

- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word;
Microsoft Outlook, Case Management software and Worldox.

Education/Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
