School Speech Language Pathologist – Summerville, South Carolina

A full-time Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available at an elementary school in Summerville, SC. This contract position runs from early January through early April, with the possibility of extension through the end of the school year. Candidates must hold an active South Carolina SLP license.

Responsibilities

• Manage an existing caseload with no makeup services required.
• Provide speech and language screenings, assessments, and individualized therapy.
• Work 7.5 hours per day (37.5 hours per week); observe school holidays as specified.
• Collaborate with educators and families to support student communication goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and conduct assessments as needed.

Desired Qualifications

• Current South Carolina SLP license.
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech‑Language Pathology preferred.
• Experience working in school settings.
• Ability to manage caseload and maintain documentation efficiently.
• Clinical Fellowship candidates considered if supervision is provided.
